At Autism 360, we're hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

🎯 Here's the Job in Plain English

You'll work one-on-one with children with autism, helping them learn new skills through play, activities, practice, and encouragement.

Some days you'll be building communication skills.

Some days you'll be working on social skills or everyday routines.

Some days you'll celebrate progress that might seem small to someone else but means EVERYTHING to a child and their family.

You'll follow treatment plans designed by a BCBA, document progress, and be part of a team that's invested in your success.

It's hands-on. It's active. It can be challenging. And it's incredibly rewarding.

💸 The Stuff You Really Want to Know

Pay: $18–$27/hour + bonus opportunities

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 30+ hours/week

Weekends: OFF 🙌

Major Holidays: OFF 🎉

Experience Required: None for entry-level BT positions!

Training: Paid!

We're looking for people who:

You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, the ability to pass required screenings, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
