đź’™ What You'll Do
As a BCaBA Clinical Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact not only with our learners and families, but with the team members you support.
You'll:
• Supervise the implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans
• Coach, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Conduct parent and caregiver training
• Partner with BCBAs to develop behavior intervention plans and treatment strategies
• Monitor learner progress, clinical outcomes, and treatment effectiveness
• Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Help create a positive, supportive clinical environment where learners AND team members can thrive

We're looking for someone who brings both strong clinical skills and a heart for working with children and families.
You may be a great fit if you have:
• Current BCaBA certification
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, behavior analysis, or a related field
• Experience working with children with autism and their families
• Strong knowledge and practical application of ABA principles
• The ability to coach, communicate, collaborate, and build strong relationships
• A passion for helping both learners and team members grow
