Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Monday–Friday | 30+ Hours/Week

About the Role
As a Behavior Technician or RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a structured setting. You will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while working toward meaningful individualized goals.
Responsibilities include:
Implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Providing engaging, child-centered one-on-one ABA therapy
Collecting accurate electronic session data
Collaborating with BCBAs and fellow team members throughout the day
Supporting a positive, safe, and structured learning environment for clients
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Interest in working with children and learning ABA therapy
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset
Reliable transportation and ability to pass required screenings
Ability to stay active throughout the day, including sitting, standing, walking, and running as needed
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
