Our Huntersville location will integrate farm-based and nature-enriched programming designed to promote meaningful learning and independence.

BCBAs will have opportunities to help develop programming that includes:

• Animal interaction and care routines
• Gardening and environmental learning
• Outdoor therapeutic activities
• Movement-based skill building
• Nature-based sensory experiences
• Real-world generalization opportunities

This innovative model allows clinicians to expand beyond traditional therapy rooms and create highly engaging, meaningful programming.

A Center Designed for Clinical Excellence

The Huntersville center will include:

• Outdoor learning and play areas
• Sensory-friendly environments
• Individualized therapy rooms
• Group learning classrooms
• Movement-based therapy spaces
• Rotating environments to support generalization

Compensation

• Salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 based on experience and competency
• Up to $16,000 yearly bonus based on consistency and clinical quality - No additional billable hours needed

Schedule

• Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8-5
