We are seeking a Spanish-speaking BCBA to support Spanish-speaking families in the Greater Charlotte area. This role can be fully remote within North Carolina or based in our Hickory / Conover region.
This is not simply a translation need. This is about delivering high-quality, culturally responsive care and ensuring families feel understood from the very first conversation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide clinical supervision and oversight for both English and Spanish-speaking families
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs
Maintain high clinical standards aligned with ethical ABA practice
Partner with families in their preferred language to promote clarity and comfort
QUALIFICATIONS
Active BCBA certification
Licensed or license-eligible in North Carolina
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
Commitment to culturally responsive care
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 based on experience and competency
Premium rate for Spanish-speaking BCBAs
Up to $16,000 yearly bonus based on consistency and clinical quality - No additional billable hours needed

SCHEDULE
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8-5
No evenings, weekends, or major holidays!
WORK MODEL
After 90 days, NC BCBAs may complete up to 10 hours per week remotely, supporting strong work life balance while maintaining meaningful center engagement.
Greater Charlotte area: Hybrid schedule with up to 1 remote day per week
Outside the Charlotte area (NC only): Fully remote
Quarterly in-person collaboration (4 times per year)
Required travel for quarterly visits coordinated and covered by the company
