The Role: Your Day as a Play-Based ABA Pro:

You'll provide one-on-one therapy in our centers, following individualized plans created by Behavior Analysts. Expect lots of guided play, movement activities, meaningful interactions, quick electronic data collection, and close collaboration with your clinical team.

Best part? Center-based only – Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. No evenings, weekends, or major holidays. Your free time stays yours!

Two Paths to Join Us

Path 1: Behavior Technician (RBT Trainee)

New to ABA? We've Got You! No experience required – just a passion for working with kids and building a meaningful career. We provide paid training and full support to earn your Behavior Technician certification within your first 90 days.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Enthusiasm for hands-on, energetic work with children

• Receptiveness to coaching and skill-building

• Reliable transportation and ability to pass screenings

• Ability to work between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Path 2: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

For Experienced Pros: Ideal if you have ABA experience or hold an active RBT certification. We value experienced RBTs as key team members, with opportunities for advancement and leadership.

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification

• Skilled at implementing plans and collecting accurate data

• Ability to work between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background screenings

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move between positions throughout the day
  

Schedule That Works for Life:

Centers operate Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.

Sessions run in convenient blocks.
