Hiring Event Details:
DAY/DATE: Wednesday, January 14th
TIMES: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (walk in anytime!)
LOCATION: Autism 360 Center: 2559 Plantation Center Dr A, Matthews, NC 28105
DURATION: Expected time at the event is up to 2 hours
WHAT TO BRING: Resume, drivers license, social security card, contact info for 3 professional references, an eagerness to learn, a desire to change lives through your work!
What to Expect:
Join us for an in-person hiring event where you will learn what Autism 360 is all about, what ABA therapy looks like, and how you can become a nationally certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), no experience required.
During this event, we will be interviewing and hiring for ALL of our Autism 360 centers in the greater Charlotte area. Just let our team know which location you are interested in and they will take it from there. Our ABA Center locations include:
Conover
Hickory
Gastonia
Shelby
Matthews
University
During this event, our team will share:
What autism is and how ABA supports skill building and independence
What RBTs do every day, including play-based learning, physical connection, and demand-based instruction
Examples of real behaviors you may see and how we support our clients
Why this work is meaningful, impactful, and perfect for someone who wants a purpose-driven career
What Autism 360 has to offer, including training, compensation, benefits, and scheduling.
Here is a pre-event snapshot of the position:
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in acquiring new skills, improving communication and socialization, and reducing problem behaviors by following their individualized treatment plan.
Interact with the child and family, building a strong relationship as their therapist.
Record behavior data from your interactions and convert session notes on time to enhance data analysis.
Collaborate with your BCBA (supervisor) and maintain effective communication with team members
Deliver high quality one-on-one therapy services in 3-hour session blocks.
Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
Reliable transportation and auto insurance.
Sound technical and computer skills.
Become a Registered Behavior Technician within 90 days of employment if not already registered.
Pass a Criminal Background Check & drug test.
Must be available between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday
